Begin collecting passwords
Spend some time going through old computers, notebooks, and — most importantly — your password manager to recall as many previously used passwords as possible. Fragments are enough.
Change your passwords
Once you've shared previously used passwords with anyone — including us — reset any sensitive account passwords that still use them. It's a sensible precaution we insist on.
Your first reply is a triage conversation
We will review what you submitted, ask for any missing context, and tell you whether the case looks like wallet recovery, seed phrase recovery, or something we cannot help with.
You do not need to send funds
We will never ask you to send cryptocurrency to prove ownership or unlock a recovery. If someone claiming to be us asks for payment before a recovery succeeds, stop and confirm the message with our team.
Keep original files intact
Avoid deleting wallet files, reinstalling wallet apps, wiping old devices, or moving backups until we have reviewed the details. The smallest file or date clue can change the recovery path.
